Warranties & Refunds


Every product has a manufacturers warranty with it - and this varies from brand to brand.  If you have an issue with a product, bring it back to us, along with your proof of purchase, and we will follow it up with the manufacturer on your behalf.  

Please remember that we do not make the final decision on any warranty issues - this is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.


Returns & Refunds
As per Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind regarding a purchase.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different to the sample or description
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt - as this is required for any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping
Please do not send back any items without first contacting us to discuss the situation. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 47-85 Hillary St Braybrook Victoria AU 3019.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
